  • Images are used solely for display during the game session
  • IMPORTANT: Avatar images are stored on servers located in the United States
  • All avatar images are automatically deleted when the game room closes
  • By uploading an avatar, you acknowledge that your image will be temporarily stored in the USA

  • Device type and model
  • Operating system version
  • Unique device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV)
  • App version

Usage Information

  • Game rooms created and joined
  • Game sessions and duration
  • Features accessed
  • Categories selected
  • Subscription tier

Firebase Anonymous Authentication

  • Anonymous user ID (generated automatically)
  • Authentication tokens
  • Session timestamps

Analytics Data

  • App crashes and performance data

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By uploading an avatar image, you explicitly consent to your image being transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States for the duration of your game session.

Temporary Data:

  • Game room data: Deleted when the room closes
  • Avatar images: Automatically deleted when the room closes
  • Player names: Deleted when the room closes
  • Session data: Retained for 7 days, then automatically deleted

Analytics Data:

  • Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely
  • Cannot be used to identify individual users

Subscription Data:

  • Transaction records retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
  • Managed by Apple; subject to Apple's privacy policy

Delete Your Data:

  • Your game session data is automatically deleted when the room closes

Subscription Management:

  • Manage subscriptions through: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

Opt-Out of Analytics:

  • Currently, analytics are essential for app functionality and cannot be opted out

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is NOT intended for users under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, we will delete that information immediately.

11. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some browsers support "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. The App does not currently respond to DNT signals because there is no industry standard for compliance. We will continue to monitor developments regarding DNT.
